Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

The Intemic platform is operated by:

Intelligent Chemistry, S.L. — CIF B72532692 C/ Josep Valls, 5, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain [email protected]

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Intemic is a platform for automating and documenting operational processes in regulated companies, including agents, workflows, knowledge management and reporting. We may add, change or remove features; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. Workspace administrators control who may join their workspace and what each member can do. Notify us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your content

You and your organisation retain all rights to the content you upload to or create within the platform. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you upload, and for ensuring that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the platform unlawfully or in breach of a third party's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other workspaces or the underlying infrastructure
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our prior written consent
  • Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the platform other than as these Terms allow
  • Upload malicious code, or deliberately overload or disrupt the service
  • Use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing

6. AI-generated output

The platform produces drafts, analyses, reports and recommendations with the assistance of language models. This output may contain errors and must be reviewed by a competent person before it is relied upon, and in particular before it is used in any regulated, certified or audited process. You remain responsible for validating and approving any output you act upon. We give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or regulatory adequacy of AI-generated output.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

[To confirm before publication: whether a contractual SLA with availability targets and service credits applies, and whether it lives here or in a separate agreement.]

8. Trials, fees and subscriptions

Free trials are provided as described at sign-up and may be modified or withdrawn. Paid subscriptions, fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are set out in your order form or subscription plan.

[To confirm before publication: billing terms, renewal and cancellation notice periods, refund policy and consequences of non-payment.]

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential. Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by a data processing agreement between us.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your subscription, and nothing more.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, a security or legal risk, or non-payment. On termination you may export your content for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

[To confirm before publication: the liability cap, excluded categories of loss and any indemnities. This clause must be drafted by counsel.]

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

[To confirm before publication: the agreed jurisdiction and whether B2B and consumer users are treated differently.]
